1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat.
2. Place your fingerGps horizontally just above your belly buJon.
3. Slowly li] your head off the ground.
4. Gently press your fingerGps over your belly buJon.
5. If you feel a gap or a gully under the belly buJon, or you find that area so] and squishy, then your abdominal muscles may be separated. \
6. Check the width of the separaGon using your fingerGps.
